George T. Cochran

George T. Cochran

Director of Development and Operations

George has more than 45 years of experience in Real Estate after beginning his career in Bloomington, IN while studying Real Estate Administration at the Kelly School of Business. George came to Innovcare in 2016 after Managing the Central Indiana portfolio of Lillibridge Healthcare Services, a division of Ventas, one of the largest Healthcare REIT’s in the world.

George has held critical management positions over his career while working with major corporations such as Ascension Health, American Health Network, Fresenius Medical Care, Anthem BCBS, American Funds, Lauth Commercial Real Estate, Cassidy Turley, Colliers International and many others over the years.

Considerably memorable was an almost 15 year association with Marsh Supermarkets, a central Indiana regional grocery store chain that changed its model as an anchor tenant to a Real Estate Owner and Developer, owning the centers or developments where is was located, developing other big box users, out-lots and retail centers. He remained with Marsh until it was about to be purchased by Sun Capital and divested. George also started a small Real Estate Development, Leasing and Management firm in Indianapolis over twenty-five years ago that is still in operation today.

George has always considered trust and loyalty to be the cornerstone of his career while providing Innovcare and all of his clients with high returns while minimizing expenses and not sacrificing quality in the process.

He is looking forward to using those 45 years of experience to make your experience with Innovcare a seamless and enjoyable experience.
