Tyson is the founder of Innovcare | Innovative Healthcare Real Estate. During Tyson's more than 15 years in healthcare real estate related services, Tyson has been involved in many third party and wholly owned healthcare real estate development projects, including leasing, dispositions and acquisitions. He also is involved in predevelopment, development, pre-leasing, market analysis, and owner and tenant relations.
Tyson has several years experience working with hospitals, healthcare organizations, community leaders, healthcare real estate developers and owners throughout Indiana, the Midwest, and the United States.
He has represented and worked with multiple healthcare real estate investment companies including American Healthcare Investors (AHI), PHT Investment Holdings, Grubb & Ellis Healthcare REIT Medical Portfolio, Duke Realty (DRE) REIT, HCP Inc (HCP) REIT, Monticeto Medical Real Estate, 1031 Exchange Investors, etc. He has provided strategic real estate advice to numerous hospital organizations including Indiana University Health, Franciscan Alliance, Parkview Health, Ascension Health, Community Health Network, Lutheran Health Network, Wishard (Eskenazi) Health Services, United Health Group, Optum Health, American Health Network and Fresenius Dialysis.
Tyson Chastain attend Indiana University Bloomington from 2001-2005 and Indiana University Purdue University from 2006-2009. Tyson is originally from Muncie, IN where he attended Delta High School. Tyson and his wife, Gwen Hobley Chastain, currently live in the Historical Old Northside located in Indianapolis, IN.
Tyson was Student Body President of Indiana University Bloomington 2004-2005. Tyson was involved in many aspects of Indiana University through working with the Indiana University Trustees, Bloomington Faculty Council, Student Fee Review, Indiana University Student Association, Athletic Committee, Student Trustee Search and Selection Committee, Student Activity Board, Indiana Brain Drain Committee, etc.
During his administration Tyson and his staff were essential to the passing of IU Bloomington “Universal Transportation”, the “Student Athletic Fee”, and writing the student code of conduct.
Tyson received his B.S. in Health Administration from Indiana University (2005) and a Master of Health Administration from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis (2009).
Tyson was in Acacia Fraternity, where he served as the Vice President from 2003-2004 and social chair 2003-2004. Tyson was involved in many other University positions during his time at Indiana University.
Outside of work, Tyson is active with the Indiana Hospital Executives Network, The Penrod Society and the Indiana University Health Methodist Foundation Inspiring Leaders Program of which he was a founder. Tyson also stays busy with his involvement in the Old Northside Neighborhood community as well as King Park and Kennedy King Memorial initiative.
Mary Hauser has been involved in commercial asset and property management for over twenty five years. During her career, Mary has managed in excess of five million square feet in office, healthcare, industrial and retail throughout the State of Indiana and Midwest region.
While earning a B.S. in Marketing from Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis, Ms. Hauser was employed by Browning Investments, Inc. in 1987 as a member of the property management team servicing their prominent Indianapolis developments which included Capital Center, Pan American Plaza and 300 North Meridian. In 1991, she transitioned to the construction industry working for Shiel Sexton Company as a Marketing Coordinator in their Marketing Division. This role was foundational in that these four years at Shiel Sexton allowed for the gain of a vast knowledge of the construction industry from development, site work and building construction later used during her asset and property management years.
Returning to asset and property management, Ms. Hauser worked the last fifteen years for cross industry clients including Community Hospitals Anderson Ambulatory Center, Outpatient Services medical office buildings and Urgent Care Center (now Community Health Network), Carmel-based Indiana Spine Group, Covance/LabCorp, the City of Indianapolis and Walmart to name a few.
She holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM®) Designation, a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) Designation, USGBC® LEED AP® Legacy Certification, State of Indiana Principal Broker License and a State of Indiana Real Estate Continuing Education Instructor. She was the 2015 CCIM Indiana Chapter President-Elect and sits on the CCIM National Legislative Committee, is Immediate State Past President of IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management), was awarded the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors (ICBR) 2011 Industry Professional of the Year Award, 2011 IREM CPM® of the Year and received a national honor from IREM in 2013 for “Women Changing the World of Real Estate Management.”
Ms. Hauser is a graduate of the United Way Leadership Executive Series Program, serves on the Advisory Board of Prevent Child Abuse Indiana and Chairs the 4K Matt Breman Run for Kids, is a member of the United Way Facilities Maintenance Fund Committee, a member of the Outreach Committee for Indiana Prevention Against Human Trafficking (IPATH), an Advisor for Restored Indiana and an Indiana Ambassador for Shared Hope International.
Tony Knoble is a principal of the Innovcare | Innovative Healthcare Real Estate. Tony has developed and constructed over $2B real estate assets. His responsibilities include overseeing development activities and structuring the financing for Innovcare projects. Tony is also a principal partner of Innovcare’s affiliate TWG Development.
Prior to co-founding TWG, Tony graduated from Indiana University Kelley School of Business with a B.S. degree in Accounting and Finance and a specialization in Real Estate. Tony joined Pedcor Investments in May 2006 as the Vice President of Development, where he was responsible for identifying developments and assisting the financing of projects in Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, and Alabama.
Tony is a member of the IU Real Estate Board, Indiana Affordable Housing Council Board, YPO Indiana and Penrod Society. He was also named in the Indianapolis Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 in 2017. Tony enjoys spending time with his wife, Jamie, and he three children, Simon, Estelle, and AJ.
Innovative Veterans Affairs Real Estate, LLC is majority owned by Andrew Stevenson, a disabled veteran. Andrew Stevenson, has over fifteen (15) years of patient care experience in various roles from administrative support to minor surgical procedures in combat. As a Navy Hospital Corpsman Andrew provided medical support to the Marine Corps during his deployment to Iraq in 2004. Serving our country honorably and receiving many medals, ribbons, and awards from the Navy, Marine Corps and Army.
His work with Veterans has led him to partnering with Innovcare and starting Innovative Veteran Affairs Real Estate, LLC doing business as Innovcare. The opportunity allows Andrew to have tangible impact on the care of Veterans through improving access and quality through real estate development. His unique expertise with Veterans Affairs and with the Navy gives Andrew an acumen that no one beside a disable veteran can bring to the real estate industry. Through its partnership with Innovcare, Innovative Veterans Affairs Real Estate, LLC has the total package of acumen, resources and, firsthand understanding of Veteran care as both a healthcare real estate provider and consumer.
In 2016, Andrew graduated with Honors from the Byrum School of Business at Marion University in Indianapolis.
Recently, Andrew spent eight years working at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center in multiple roles. He was involved in a number of committees for Richard L. Roudebush Veterans Affairs Hospital, Indianapolis Indiana, to include: Psychiatry Executive Committee, Staff liaison for Mental Health Advisory Committee, Community Outreach Committee, and a panel member for Indiana University’s Medical School’s Grand Rounds on Veteran Culture in Healthcare. Andrew was also the Co-Chair of the 2015 Indiana Veterans Affairs Mental Health Symposium, a Prevention and Management of Disruptive Behavior Instructor, and has a LEAN Green Belt (healthcare) VA-CASE (Veterans Affairs Center for Applied Systems Engineering)
Justin Collins grew up in Fort Wayne, IN and graduated from Ball State University in 2006 with a Master’s degree in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the Indiana CPA Society.
Justin joined Dauby, O’Connor & Zaleski, LLC (DOZ) in July of 2006 specializing in rental real estate audits and tax returns. His primary responsibilities were to analyze and supervise the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, partnership agreements and low-income housing tax credit applications.
In 2012, Justin joined TWG Development, LLC, a full-service real estate development company based in Indianapolis, IN as the Vice President of Accounting. During his tenure, he oversaw all financial aspects of the real estate entities which developed over $700 million in development and over 5,000 units. During this period the company grew from 50 to over 200 employees and expanded from one to 12 states.
In 2019 he became an owner and the Chief Finance Officer. His primary responsibilities are to oversee the finances and operations of the development, construction, and management companies and provide strategic oversight.
Justin and his wife, Elizabeth, live in Fishers, IN and have five children, Shane, Libby, Sydney, James, and Savannah.
Jack is Vice President of Development and Leasing for Innovcare | Innovative Healthcare Real Estate. He has successfully brokered multiple healthcare deals in Indiana and is responsible for real estate development and leasing in Northeast Indiana including Fort Wayne.
After graduating from Canterbury High School in Fort Wayne, Jack graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a BS in Marketing and also received an MBA in Real Estate Finance and Investment from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
Jack is a licensed real estate broker in Indiana and Illinois. Jack gained his initial real estate experience at Millco Investments doing site selection work for Arby’s and Dollar General. In 2007, he joined Atwater Group where he brokered and assisted in the development of over 150 Family Dollar stores throughout the Midwest and other parts of the country. He moved to Troutman & Dams in 2013 working on single tenant development projects for McDonalds, Fresenius, AutoZone, Thornton’s and several others. Including development work he continues his brokerage services, representing retailers including AutoZone and Pet Suites.
Jack is married to Kristin Owen Westfall and resides in Fort Wayne, IN with their three children (Zibby, Jane & Owen).
Greg Cochran joined Innovcare | Innovative Healthcare Real Estate in 2022 to help analyze and oversee development opportunities across the Midwest. His responsibilities include identifying and analyzing potential development opportunities, underwriting the financial feasibility of development projects, acquisition of real estate assets, divestment of real estate assets, and to help manage development projects.
Greg brings over 10 years of asset valuation, underwriting fixed income, foreign exchange, and real estate products, and managing financial budgets. Most notably Greg spent over five years growing, managing, and scaling Patachou Hospitality Group; specifically the Public Greens Urban Kitchen concept into multiple locations. Greg graduated from Purdue University with a B.S in Applied Statistics with a focus on financial mathematics.
Outside the office, Greg enjoys all things outdoors, going to concerts, and spending time on the water.
Randa supports the Innovcare and Innovcare VA teams throughout the state. Through her work at Innovcare, she is able to explore her interests in real estate and marketing.
Randa graduated from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis in 2018. She earned her B.F.A in Photography from Herron School of Art + Design which allows her the opportunity to assist the marketing team on projects.
Randa has lived in Indianapolis for 7 years and loves to explore the city.
Outside the office, Randa enjoys developing new creative skills, traveling with her family, and shopping for good books.
Tony joined Innovcare / Innovcare VA in January 2023 to oversee all aspects of accounting for the organization. Tony brings over 25 years of accounting experience with much of his experience in the Real Estate industry. Most notably Tony spent 17 years of his career at Duke Realty gaining corporate accounting experience with the Industrial, Office and Healthcare real estate industry.
He grew up in Fountain City, IN and graduated from Ball State University in 1995 with a B.S. degree in accounting and obtained his CPA license in Indiana in 2001.
Outside the office, Tony enjoys traveling, playing the game of bridge, gardening, exploring history and architecture.
