The team at Innovcare has been hand-picked to ensure that every employee has a passion and drive toward changing the healthcare real estate industry. Our team has multiple advanced degrees specializing in health administration, real estate, legal, accounting, property management, etc. We take pride in having dedicated employees that understand the complexities that come when health care and real estate cross paths.


The principals and team at Innovcare are unique in bringing their previous health care acumen into the real estate market, not the other way around. This allows for the complex situations surrounding healthcare real estate to be solved in the most efficient way possible. The principal partners of Innovcare have developed, maintained, leased, constructed, and operated over one million square feet of healthcare real estate assets in their history. This real estate experience includes working with facilities such as medical office buildings, ambulatory surgery centers, specialty centers, FQHCs, labs, imaging centers, and primary care offices. The Innovcare team is passionate about health care and committed to resolving complex projects while fostering lasting relationships.

Tyson is the founder of Innovcare | Innovative Healthcare Real Estate, which is an affiliate of TWG Development. Over Tyson’s past nine (9) years in healthcare real estate related services, Tyson has been involved in many third party and wholly owned healthcare real estate development projects, including leasing, dispositions and acquisitions. He also is involved in predevelopment, development, pre-leasing, market analysis, and owner and tenant relations.

Tyson has several years experience working with hospitals, healthcare organizations, community leaders, healthcare real estate developers and owners throughout Indiana, the Midwest, and the United States.

He has represented and worked with multiple healthcare real estate investment companies including American Healthcare Investors (AHI), PHT Investment Holdings, Grubb & Ellis Healthcare REIT Medical Portfolio, Duke Realty (DRE) REIT, HCP Inc (HCP) REIT, Sante Realty Investments, etc. He has provided strategic real estate advice to numerous hospital organizations including Indiana University Health, Franciscan Alliance, Parkview Health, Ascension Health. Community Health Network, Lutheran Health Network, and Wishard (Eskenazi) Health Services.
Tyson Chastain attend Indiana University Bloomington from 2001-2005 and Indiana University Purdue University from 2006-2009. Tyson is originally from Muncie, IN where he attended Delta High School. Tyson and his wife, Gwen Hobley Chastain, currently live in the Historical Old Northside located in Indianapolis, IN.

Tyson was Student Body President of Indiana University Bloomington 2004-2005. Tyson was involved in many aspects of Indiana University through working with the Indiana University Trustees, Bloomington Faculty Council, Student Fee Review, Indiana University Student Association, Athletic Committee, Student Trustee Search and Selection Committee, Student Activity Board, Indiana Brain Drain Committee, etc.

During his administration Tyson and his staff were essential to the passing of IU Bloomington “Universal Transportation”, the “Student Athletic Fee”, and writing the student code of conduct.

Tyson received his B.S. in Health Administration from Indiana University (2005) and a Master of Health Administration from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis (2009).

Tyson was in Acacia Fraternity, where he served as the Vice President from 2003-2004 and social chair 2003-2004. Tyson was involved in many other University positions during his time at Indiana University.

Outside of his academic and work pursuits, Tyson is involved with The Penrod Society. Tyson is also involved with Indiana University Health Methodist Foundation Inspiring Leaders Program which he was a founder of the program. Tyson is involved in his neighborhood where he served as Treasurer of the Chatham Arch Neighborhood Foundation from 2011-2013. Through this organization he has been involved in many activities to restore the historical preservation of the neighborhood and improve Marion County and Indianapolis. He is a mentor for a former Indianapolis Metropolitan High School student. Tyson’s student mentee and friend just started his second year at IUPUI.

Tony Knoble

Tony Knoble is a principal of the Innovcare | Innovative Healthcare Real Estate. Tony has developed and constructed over $500 million real estate assets. His responsibilities include overseeing development activities and structuring the financing for Innovcare projects. Tony is also a principal partner of Innovcare’s affiliate TWG Development.

Mr. Knoble graduated from Indiana University Kelley School of Business in the spring of 2006 earning a B.S. degree in Accounting and Finance with a specialization in Real Estate.

Tony is currently a committee member of the Cathedral High School Building & Grounds Committee, a board member of the Good House, and a recent inductee into the Penrod Society. He has previously been on the Mapleton Fall Creek CDC Housing Committee and a member of the Housing Committee for the Super Bowl Legacy Project. Mr. Knoble also works approximately five hours per month on the business of The Warriors’ Heart, Inc. assisting with finance matters.

Tony is married to Maureen Shiel Knoble and they have 2 children, Simon and Estelle.

Joe Whitsett

Joe Whitsett


Joe has been involved in real estate development and finance since 1985. He has developed and constructed over $500 million in real estate assets.

He graduated from Indiana University in 1981 with a B.S. in Accounting and in 1985 from the Indiana University School of Law. He is a Principal in both Innovcare | Innovative Healthcare Real Estate and TWG Development.

Mr. Whitsett has served on numerous committees and boards in Indianapolis including
The Children’s Bureau of Indianapolis, Inc., the local advisory committee for the Local Initiative Support Corporation (LISC), and the Indiana Association for Community Economic Development. Currently, he is a member of the Board of Directors of the John H. Boner Community Center, Inc., the chair of the Super Bowl 2012 Legacy housing committee, and is a member of the board of directors of Canopy, Inc., a non-profit that provides temporary housing assistance to cancer patients.

Anna Barabas

Anna is a Principal of Innovcare. Anna graduated from Boston University School of Management earning a B.S. degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing.

Anna is responsible for the marketing and delivery of the Innovcare Brand. She has brought her unique marketing experience in positioning $500 million of development in multi-family housing (senior housing, affordable housing, market rate housing, assisted living, etc) to improve Innovcare’s message and brand when dealing with healthcare clients and costumers. Her unique experience will continually help Innovcare provide real estate services and products that are consistent with our Clients’ demands related quality, image, delivery, and location of healthcare real estate. We are confident that our healthcare clients’ will continue to view patients as costumers during the ever-changing healthcare landscape. It is important for Innovcare to be a partner with our Clients to deliver services to their costumer patients in convenient locations that demonstrate high quality healthcare delivery through our real estate services and properties.

Anna’s healthcare real estate interest comes from her desire to improve people lives when considering healthcare reform, access, delivery and how that is incorporated into our culture and communities.

Anna has been responsible for the marketing of developed and constructed projects with value of $500 million. She has been instrumental in the development of TWG Development, an affiliate of Innovcare, growing the company from 2 employees to over a 150 employees. Each one of her projects has unique characteristics that are associated with areas of needs, underserved populations, etc. These projects typically deal with local governments and non-for-profit organizations. Her ability to be creative, flexible, and successful is evident.

Justin Collins

Justin Collins


Justin Collins became involved in the real estate and accounting industries in 2006.

He was born on October 28, 1982 and grew up in Fort Wayne, IN. Mr. Collins graduated from Ball State University in 2005 with a B.S. degree in Accounting and then earned a Master’s degree in Accounting in 2006.

Mr. Collins joined Dauby, O’Connor & Zaleski, LLC (DOZ) in July of 2006 specializing in rental real estate audits and tax returns. His primary responsibilities at DOZ were to review financial statements, tax returns, partnership agreements, and low-income housing tax credit applications.

In March of 2012, Mr. Collins left DOZ to join TWG Development, LLC, a full-service real estate development company based in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Mary Hauser has been involved in commercial asset and property management for over twenty five years. During her career, Mary has managed in excess of five million square feet in office, healthcare, industrial and retail throughout the State of Indiana and Midwest region.

While earning a B.S. in Marketing from Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis, Ms. Hauser was employed by Browning Investments, Inc. in 1987 as a member of the property management team servicing their prominent Indianapolis developments which included Capital Center, Pan American Plaza and 300 North Meridian. In 1991, she transitioned to the construction industry working for Shiel Sexton Company as a Marketing Coordinator in their Marketing Division. This role was foundational in that these four years at Shiel Sexton allowed for the gain of a vast knowledge of the construction industry from development, site work and building construction later used during her asset and property management years.

Returning to asset and property management, Ms. Hauser worked the last fifteen years for cross industry clients including Community Hospitals Anderson Ambulatory Center, Outpatient Services medical office buildings and Urgent Care Center (now Community Health Network), Carmel-based Indiana Spine Group, Covance/LabCorp, the City of Indianapolis and Walmart to name a few.

She holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM®) Designation, a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) Designation, USGBC® LEED AP® Legacy Certification, State of Indiana Principal Broker License and a State of Indiana Real Estate Continuing Education Instructor. She is the 2015 CCIM Indiana Chapter President-Elect and sits on the CCIM National Legislative Committee, is Immediate State Past President of IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management), was awarded the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors (ICBR) 2011 Industry Professional of the Year Award, 2011 IREM CPM® of the Year and received a national honor from IREM in 2013 for “Women Changing the World of Real Estate Management.”

Ms. Hauser is a graduate of the United Way Leadership Executive Series Program, serves on the Advisory Board of Prevent Child Abuse Indiana and Chairs the 4K Matt Breman Run for Kids, is a member of the United Way Facilities Maintenance Fund Committee, a member of the Outreach Committee for Indiana Prevention Against Human Trafficking (IPATH), an Advisor for Restored Indiana and an Indiana Ambassador for Shared Hope International.
